HY10 is looking for an exceptional Lifestyle Manager to join our growing global team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury lifestyle, concierge or travel professional to work directly with an international UHNW client base, delivering highly personalised support across travel, dining, lifestyle and experiences.

Based on the US West Coast or in Hawaiʻi, you’ll provide an important part of our 24-hour global coverage, supporting UK and European clients during their overnight hours while helping us develop our luxury supplier network across the Americas.

The role

You’ll manage complex, high-touch client requests independently, from luxury travel and private aviation to restaurants, events, experiences and personal services.

You’ll also:

• Create tailored travel proposals and itineraries.
• Manage last-minute changes and urgent requests with calm and creativity.
• Build relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, travel providers and premium brands.
• Develop our supplier and partner network across the Americas.
• Work closely with our London and Singapore teams to ensure seamless global coverage.
• Share market insights and contribute to improving our lifestyle proposition.
• Represent HY10 at relevant luxury, travel and networking events.

What we’re looking for

Experience in luxury lifestyle management, private travel, concierge, yacht charter, luxury hospitality, or family office, is particularly relevant.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience supporting UHNW/HNW clients, VIPs or similarly high-expectation clientele.
• Excellent written and spoken English and highly polished client communication skills.
• Additional language skills are welcomed, particularly where relevant to our international client base.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury travel, hospitality and lifestyle services.
• The confidence to work autonomously, make decisions quickly and with strong attention to detail.
• A discreet, calm and solutions-focused approach.
• Current US work authorisation without employer-sponsored visa support.

Hours & benefits

The role is 40 hours per week, generally aligned to UK/European overnight coverage. We’re open to discussing suitable shift patterns, with some flexibility required for urgent client requirements and travel disruption.

US$53,000–$61,000 per year , depending on relevant experience and skills.

Employment will be through HY10’s US Employer of Record partner, with applicable local benefits, including 20 days paid vacation per year , subject to the employment arrangement and local requirements.
