We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead the opening of an exciting new upscale dining concept in Alpharetta, GA. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000

Responsibilities
Oversee all daily restaurant operations
Hire, train, and develop FOH & BOH teams
Drive guest satisfaction and community presence
Manage P&L, labor, and food cost controls
Lead opening and ongoing operational execution
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and culture
Build and mentor a strong leadership team
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a General Manager
High-volume restaurant leadership background
Strong bar and upscale dining experience preferred
Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
Proven leadership and team development skills
Stable work history and passion for hospitality
