Partnering with product teams across Power, Wind, and Electrification businesses, the full-time remote Cyber Security Architect will design secure architectures, lead threat modeling, and translate security policy into actionable engineering guidance. Key responsibilities Review and develop secure architectures for industrial energy products, defining security zones and data protection strategies Lead threat modeling and risk assessments aligned with IEC 62443, producing detailed threat model outputs and recommendations Translate Secure Development Lifecycle requirements into practical guidance for engineering teams, supporting SDL execution from start to finish Required qualifications Significant experience in cybersecurity focused on product, system, or architecture security Demonstrated experience producing security architecture deliverables, threat models, and risk assessments Working knowledge of IEC 62443 standards, particularly 62443-3-2, 62443-3-3, and 62443-4-1 Experience creating secure development artifacts such as security requirements and hardening guides Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) product architectures
