Utilizes and follows the state course of study 2. Determines individual and class needs 3. Establishes objectives and plans learning experiences 4. Implements activities using a variety of techniques that utilize instructional time to meet objectives 5. Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior to achieve a functional learning atmosphere 6. Exhibits positive human relations skills 7.
