Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

1st Shift     $24.20 per hour     6am-2:30pm / Monday through Friday2nd Shift    $26.20 per hour     2:30pm-11:00pm / Monday through FridayWhy you should apply to be Assembly Line Associate:

What’s a typical day as Assembly Line Associate? You’ll be:

• Performing routine and moderately complex assembly work related to sub-assemblies and final product assemblies.
• Executing precise wiring and electrical component assembly tasks, including repetitive and electro-mechanical assembly of precision components.
• Using a variety of adhesives, electrostatic dissipation devices, and microscopes for detailed assembly work.
• Conducting component inspection, cleaning, and packaging according to strict procedures.
• Operating mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and curing equipment.
• Recording inspection results, test results, lot control, and yield information accurately in company documentation.
• Assisting with stock room, shipping, receiving, or product validation tasks as needed.
• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet daily and long-term production goals.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Bring at least two years of experience in assembly, ideally within an electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong record keeping skills, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO experience is a plus).
• Possess good manual dexterity, eyesight, and ability to use a microscope for assembly tasks.
• Are experienced working in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) environment and with UV curing adhesives for plastics assembly.
• Communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and in writing, and can understand complex work instructions.
• Have basic math skills and the ability to interpret and follow company procedures.
• Are a strong team player who can work with minimal supervision in both team and individual settings.
